Slow return to normality in Spain

After 2 months of very strict nightlife and Labor restrictions will now begin in mid-May 2020, including the Spanish judiciary resume the working rhythm.

As a result, the law firm SCHOMERUS is also able to offer its areas of work almost completely again. On the one hand, we are again receiving court decisions that we can process, and on the other hand, we have been able to file new lawsuits and written submissions in court for a good two weeks.

At the time of this remark, on 19 May 2020, the parliamentary decision on the extension of the so-called 'alarm state' is still pending, but in one way or another the remaining restrictions will only be gradually removed, following the government's step-by-step plan until the end of June 2020; as in Germany and other European countries, however, this is subject to stable or further declining rates of contagion and mortality.
